Precautions for loader pre-start

Performing a pre-start check before operating the loader is a critical step to ensure safety and equipment performance.There are a couple of things to keep in mind.

1.Do not jump when getting on and off the loader using the step ladder, safety handrails and safety pedals

2.Keep safety pedals clean and replace them if damaged

3.Adjust the distance between the front and back of the seat and the angle of the seatback to achieve the most suitable driving position for the driver.

4.The engine starts with hot components and hot exhaust gases, ensuring that there are no flammable or explosive substances in the vicinity.

5.Start and operate the machine only from the driver's seat with the seat belt fastened.

6.Do not remove the lever or joystick from the neutral position while turning the key to “Run” or “Start”.

7.Always make sure the lever is in neutral before starting the engine.

8.Start the engine according to the manufacturer's starting procedures, noting the indicator lights and alarms on the dashboard

9.Test all functions, including steering, brakes, and operation of work devices, to ensure that everything is in order.
