1. Daily inspection needs to see the appearance of the battery, check the terminals for signs of dislocation

6. When the cab key switch is turned to the energized position, if the voltage shown on the meter is lower than 18V, the device cannot be started.

7. This means that the battery is low and needs to be recharged or the battery status checked

8. When charging, open the cover of the liquid filling hole, so that the gas can be fully discharged.

9. At this time it is easy to produce hydrogen and other flammable and explosive gases, we must prevent smoking and the use of open flames

10. When charging, please pay attention to remove the negative pole first, and then remove the positive pole, otherwise it will burn out the generator and related electric equipment.

11. Long-term non-use of the case to remove the battery terminals on the wire, in order to extend the life of the equipment

12. Because the battery damage is prone to acid, special reminder should be wearing good goggles, overalls and other labor protection products

13. The battery terminals must not be short-circuited, because the sparks generated can cause the battery to explode.

14. Do not test the electrical equipment by contacting the battery terminals.

15. Always apply contact grease on the battery terminals.
