The assembly process of a loader is a complex and delicate process, covering the assembly and commissioning of several core components and systems. To recognize the structure of the loader, first we need to have a preliminary understanding of the basic structure of the loader.

The working device of the loader is composed of bucket, movable arm, rocker arm and tipping bucket cylinder, movable arm cylinder and so on.

The whole working device is hinged on the frame. The bucket is articulated with the bucket cylinder through the connecting rod and rocker arm for loading and unloading materials.
